 By providing timely, meaningful reports  - A major source of aggravation for small businesses is a financial    report delivered months after the end of the reporting period.  By then the information is stale. We always prepare reports on a timely basis.

By responding quickly to telephone calls and requests for information.  Telephone calls are returned at a minimum by the next business day and most often within the hour.  

By identifying problems areas for discussion such as margin issues, account classification, departmental accounting, accounting controls and unusual transactions.   We are experts at handling difficult accounting issues – especially issues which require a significant amount of discussion with clients. 

By providing tax planning services throughout the year.  All businesses and especially
S Corporations are monitored throughout the year for the changes to previous estimates of tax liability,  the impact of changes in tax law, unusual transactions and the impact of financial decisions not only on the current year but next year as well. 

By providing flexible service which is customized to meet client needs.  Not every client wants or needs month to month recurring service although we are happy to provide this service.  We welcome clients that just want a CPA to “look over their shoulder” once in a while to monitor their financial records and to handle their tax compliance needs.

By offering Quickbooks consulation services.  We do initial installations of all Quickbooks software products and ongoing consultation to help clients maximize the value of the software as a business tool. We see many businesses that are misusing Quickbooks for lack of training and oversight by a CPA who knows how to use the software.   

Reasonable rates for professional services with fixed fees for recurring services.  It helps businesses for budgeting purposes to know what professional services are going to cost.  In most cases we can provide this information up front and with a guarantee.
